A post-quantum shared secret is combined with verified location signal context, TPM attestation, and an authorised time epoch through HKDF-SHA-512, producing the AES-256-GCM key. None of the inputs alone - and no three of the four - can reproduce it.

Illustrative view
System state, auth token, hardware, geofence, time window and anti-replay each gate the derivation. A single failure halts it - no fallback, no override, no partial decryption.
